Our latest iPhone app helps you manage a list of items. It comes with a BARCODE SCANNER and therefore ideal for shops and warehouses to manage store inventory, since each item will have its own quantity field. You may also use it to keep track of a shopping list, or any list in fact.

To add an item, simply enter text or use the barcode scanner (see note below). The barcode scanner will automatically snap when a barcode is found.

Click “Find/Add” button to item to the list. A default quantity of 1 will be attached. If item already exist, the item will be highlighted.

For items in the list, you may increase or decrease quantity using the “+1″, “+5″ and “-1″ buttons. You may also clear an item or clear the whole list.

The export function allows you to email the list of items. The content of the email will contain the list and it’s also included as a .csv file attachment. You can open this file in a spreadsheet.

The list is automatically saved when you quit the application. However, the list is not kept if you remove the application from your device.

NOTE: The barcode scanner will only work with iPhone 3GS and iPhone OS 4, since it requires a camera with auto focus. Supported codes include EAN, UPC, ISBN-13, CODE-39, CODE-128, QR Code.

IMPORTANT: The app supports iPhone OS 3.1.3 and above.

We developed this iPhone app for PTS.HK language services. The app is designed for Cantonese speakers to learn Mandarin phrases. It contains 259 terms and phrases that are commonly used, each with explanation, example and voice recording. The book is presented in a clear and concise manner and is your best language learning companion.

The printed book with CD is sold in bookshops for HKD68, but this iPhone edition complete with audio is only USD2.99.

‘Crunchy Cockroach – Phonics Poems for Kids!’ is a book of ‘phonics poetry’ written for students learning to read and write in English. The poems present various phonetic items in an amusing but controlled way, focusing the reader’s attention.

We developed this special iPhone edition for author Karmel Schreyer. She has recorded an audio clip of each poem for listening within the application.
